6MIL Vapor Defense is for use when installing floating Eco-Engineered Composite, Waterproof Laminate, Rigid Core SPC, Luxury Vinyl WPC or Laminate Flooring over concrete substrate and inside restrooms. 6MIL Vapor Defense comes in single layer (not folded) and is easy to install and comes with built in seam tape. Per Flooring Industry Standard Installation Guidelines, it is the installer's responsibility to test for high levels of moisture from concrete substrate before installing any type of flooring.
